At the International Cheese Awards in Nantwich, England, “Fourmage®” Four Milks cheese won the silver medal in it's class.
Ingredients: Pasturized Cow's, Goat, Sheep and Bufallo milk, salt, cheese cultures and vegetarian rennet.

When you receive your cheese, unpack the order into an airtight container and refrigerate the items
Wine: A medium-bodied red wine like a Pinot Noir or a Chianti. If you prefer white, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a dry Chenin Blanc
Beer: An amber ale or a Belgian-style dubbel would be excellent choices. These beers have enough malt character to stand up to the cheese's richness but also have complex flavors that can match the varied notes in the quattro formaggio.
